These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BrandPulse, a Shopify application developed by InfiniteRoles ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using BrandPulse, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
BrandPulse is an embedded Shopify application that provides AI-powered store analytics, growth recommendations, and SEO suggestions based on your Shopify store data.
2. Eligibility
You must have an active Shopify store and comply with Shopify's Terms of Service to use BrandPulse. BrandPulse is intended for use by Shopify merchants only.
3. Billing and Subscriptions
- BrandPulse offers a free plan and paid subscription plans billed through Shopify Billing.
- Charges are processed by Shopify and subject to Shopify's billing terms.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BrandPulse for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the application.
- Use the AI features to generate misleading or harmful content.
- Exceed usage limits assigned to your subscription plan in a way intended to circumvent billing.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of BrandPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and processing of your store data as described therein.
6. AI-Generated Content
BrandPulse uses OpenAI to generate insights and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any recommendations.
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to BrandPulse. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfiniteRoles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BrandPulse, including loss of revenue or data.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to BrandPulse for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BrandPulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
